The first cover commemorates Bobbi Trout's 70th anniversary of her Solo Endurance flight of 12-hours, 14-minutes on January 2nd, 1929. The envelope holds the full story of her record-breaking flight in her own words. The stamp was hand-cancelled by the post office in Carlsbad, CA on January 2, 1999.

2nd Solo Endurance of 1929 70th Anniversary of 2nd Solo Endurance Record
On February 10-11th, 1929, Bobbi spent 17 hours and 5 minutes in a Golden Eagle. The envelope shows Bobbi in her flight suit and holds the story of the event in her own words. The stamp was hand-cancelled by the post office in Carlsbad, CA on February 10, 1999.

High Altitude Flight of 1929 70th Anniversary of High Altitude Record
On June 16th, 1929, Bobbi set an altitude record of 15,200 feet in a new high-wing Golden Eagle. Bobbi has signed the cover, and it shows her standing next to the tail of the Golden Eagle. The envelope holds the story in Bobbi's own words. The stamp was hand-cancelled by the post office in Carlsbad, CA on June 16, 1999.

Air Derby of 1929 Entrants of "The Women's 1st Transcontinental Air Derby"
August 18th, 1999, marked the 70th Anniversary of the Derby, of which Bobbi was an entrant, along with other women pilots such as Amelia Earhart, Pancho Barnes and Louis Thaden. All women are shown on the front of the cover. The envelope holds the real story of the Derby-- recent books about the Women's Air Derby of 1929, and other flights of the era, do not stick to the facts. Get the real scoop from someone who was actually there. The outside of the envelope shows a map of the course and a list of the entrants. The stamp was hand-cancelled by the post office in Carlsbad, CA on August 18, 1999.
